Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA)

Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS), launched in 2013. It aims at providing strategic funding to eligible state higher educational institutions. The funding would flow from the central ministry through the state governments/union territories to the State Higher Education Councils through which it reaches the identified institutions. RUSA caters to the institutional infrastructural requirement, faculty recruitment support, faculty improvements programmes and leadership development of educational administrators. RUSA Committee has been constituted with the following faculty members to implement the centrally sponsored RUSA Scheme at the College.

In fulfilment of the above objectives of RUSA, the college has framed a RUSA cell that looks after the RUSA operations.
